- Collaborate with the event team to conceptualize and plan upcoming events, considering themes, objectives, and target audience.
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, rental agreements, and permits.
- Manage event timelines and schedules to ensure all activities and presentations run smoothly and on time.

- Source and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers for catering, equipment rentals, decorations, and other event-related services.
- Communicate effectively with vendors to convey event requirements, deadlines, and expectations.
- Oversee the setup, delivery, and breakdown of equipment and supplies on the day of the event.
