Jon-Lee "Jonni" Campbell – Founder & Executive Director, Differently Abled Entertainment
Jon-Lee “Jonni” Campbell is a visionary leader, performer, and advocate for inclusivity in the arts. As the founder and executive director of Differently Abled Entertainment (DAE), Jonni is dedicated to creating an entertainment industry where people of all abilities and backgrounds have the opportunity to shine.
A lifelong artist with 35+ years of experience, Jonni has been involved in over 70 stage productions, 12 feature films, 8 short films, 6 music videos, and a TV episode. She is also an internationally published model, podcast host, and sought-after speaker who uses her platform to elevate marginalized voices and challenge industry norms.
Jonni’s passion for the arts is deeply personal. A paraplegic due to a car accident at 16, she has never let her wheelchair define her creativity or limit her impact. Instead, she has become a trailblazer in disability representation, proving that talent knows no bounds.
Through DAE, Jonni produces theatrical productions, film projects, music showcases, and community events that celebrate diversity and inclusion. She actively collaborates with other nonprofits, businesses, and artists to provide opportunities for performers with disabilities and other underrepresented groups.
Jonni’s leadership has already made a profound difference, but she knows there is still much work to be done. With funding and support, she aims to expand DAE’s reach, develop new programs, and continue advocating for a world where everyone has a stage.
