**Volunteer Photographer Position**

In this role, you will have the opportunity to capture the action at our events, as well as plan special photoshoots to help build portfolios for our performers and participants. **Responsibilities:**
1. **Event Photography:**
- Attend DAE events, performances, and workshops to capture high-quality photographs that showcase the energy, excitement, and diversity of our community.
- Document key moments, performances, and interactions between performers, volunteers, and audience members.
- Work closely with the event team to understand the schedule, flow, and important elements of each event to ensure comprehensive coverage.

2. **Photoshoot Planning:**
- Collaborate with performers, participants, and organizers to plan special photoshoots designed to capture their unique talents, personalities, and stories.
- Scout locations, coordinate schedules, and prepare props or equipment as needed for photoshoots.
- Provide guidance and direction to subjects during photoshoots to ensure natural and authentic poses and expressions.

- Review and select the best photos from each event or photoshoot, applying basic editing techniques to enhance color, contrast, and composition.
- Organize and categorize photos into digital albums or galleries for easy access and sharing with DAE's marketing and social media teams.
- Deliver final edited photos to performers, participants, and organizers in a timely manner, ensuring they have access to high-quality images for their portfolios or promotional materials.
- Review and select the best photos from each event or photoshoot, applying basic editing techniques to enhance color, contrast, and composition.
